From Reading: Follow the B481 Peppard Road through Caversham and Emmer Green. 1 mile approx after leaving Reading, bear left signposted “Sonning Common West” onto Kennylands Road. After 1mile, the road turns sharply right at a junction onto Wood Lane. Sonning Common Health Centre is on the right, just after a hardware store called Heath and Watkins.

From Henley-on-Thames: Go up Gravel Hill behind the town hall towards Rotherfield Greys. Follow the road for 3 miles approx until you reach a T junction with the B481. Turn left signposted Sonning Common, Reading. Continue for approximately 2 miles into Sonning Common. Pass a filling station and turn right at a crossroads signposted Kidmore End. After quarter of a mile approx Sonning Common Health Centre is on the left.

From Oxford and Wallingford: Follow the A4074 past Woodcote. Turn left signposted to Gallowstree Common just before The Palm Tree Restaurant at Cane End. After approximately 1 mile turn right signposted to Sonning Common. The road is quite narrow and twisty. After ¾ mile, the road comes to a junction. Turn left onto Wood Lane. Sonning Common Health Centre is on the right, just after a hardware store called Heath and Watkins.
